FRD 19047 is a lead based onepack stabiliser for pipe extrusion. It offers high lubrication,
good processing, low plateout and good physical properties of the finished
pipe. The product is supplied in low dusting flakes and it is recommended to mix in a
high speed mixer to 120oC and cool to 40oC
In PVC-Alloy (MPVC) Pressure Pipe thin wall thickness can be achieved by incorporating
CPE Impact modifier to develop a more ductile pipe. It is important that the
pipe is processed adequately to develop the full benefit of the CPE. A typical melt
temperature of around 195 - 1960C is recommended.
All raw materials are approved to the Chemson Group Standard in the Central Research
Headquarters in Austria. The products are manufactured in the modern computer
controlled plant in Dalian in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard. All
batches are tested to ensure a consistent quality and a certificate of conformity can
be supplied with each batch if requested.
The products are Cadmium free.
